    i think the npc he is talking about are the custom ones chlora made that sold the adv stigmas for kinah instead of AP, if not, then im really confused

    rofl... wow... i know where to find those s2pid npc on the screenshots. I am talking about the NPCS CHLORA MADE, WHICH SELLS ALL SKILLBOOKS FROM LVL 1-55 AND STIGMAS LVL 20-55 AND ALL ADV STIGMAS. zzzzzzz and yeah I still think you dont know what I am talking about, NOT A SINGLE THING. wow. just wow..     These sell 50-55 and the remaining Skill Books and Stigmas are sold by other vendors in your main town you retard.
