Screenshots , Please. And try using google translator next time aswell please , because i can't understand your problem either *_*
In order to take a screenshot , you have to Press the Print Screen button [PrtScr] and then open the Windows paint and choose tools -> paste , then save and upload somewhere (e.g. www.tinypic.com)

Oh and such threads must be created in the Game Issue section unless that "problem" you got , is a ban. (if it is , ban appeals is the right section then)
