    Need a bit more information to be able to help.

    1) Have you attempted to uninstall/reinstall the GamezAion launcher?

    2) If answer is yes, have you attempted to run the NCSoft Repair Client?

    3) If THAT answer is yes, have you attempted to disable any internal firewalls?

    same thing happen to me.. and they say reinstall GAMEZ launcher, so i did, and it worked.. hope it works for you as well

    You just miss the dll files that the Gamez launcher add.. so just reinstall it and it will fix it!
