Cant access my asmo account.. Pls help gm/admin..

im just leveling in altguard with my new asmo char then i cant logout nor quit the game.

but after i login again before the character selection screen, it says
"Failed to connect to the game server.."

but when i login my elys account i login easily...
please help.. i need my asmo account... thanks in advance..

This happens to me too, When I get dced by a bug or something I fail the first time I try to RELOG, then I quit the client and relog again and it lets me through. Try to open ur asmo account again.

 

ive tried it.. but when i login my account name/password it says "you are already logged in. (7)"
then 2nd try i got in to 'user agreement' part .. but when i click agree it says "Failed to connect to the game server"
then i click ok then the game quits automatically.... pls help..

 

When that happens, wait like 2 min after the "Already logged in" message and try it again. Will let you back on.

pls sir i need my asmo account.. ive earn hard for all my items and crafting skills...

 

Try to reinstall your game launcher. If that doesn't fix, then you're going to have to fill out a character unstuck form.

 

i have a tips.. but i don't know if it work on you..

1) Open 2 Aion client
2) login your ID in the first client. when the "Already logged in" message pop out. just press OK. then move to 2nd client.
3) login your ID again in the 2nd client. and there will no more "Already logged in" message..

i got this problem before.. just try OK? good luck

i can login my elys account easily.

can you just delete my new asmo char named "Sowe" ??? or just press the 'FIX Account' button..?
i need my items in that account..

the 'already logged in. (7)' is gone but when i press the 'agree' button on user agreement screen 'Failed to connect to the game server.'

done that too sir..
its my main account has got problem.
because i can login my elyos account..
i got 3 important chars in my main account.. they have good gears and stuffs... including pet from site..
i can levelup to 55 again but my items/gears/stuffs are in my main account...
thats why i need my account... T_T

 

i found the problem why i cant login my asmo account.. my last used char before DC, is still ONLINE.
standing on the same spot as i got DC. here i got some SS.. PLS SIR DO SOMETHING.. make my char quits the game...

sir GM morometi kicked my char Sowe from the game but still i cant login my main account.. still Failed to connect to game server..

 

er.. GM Morometi didnt kicked my Sowe char from the game. instead he imprisoned it.
i saw it on my character information at gamezaion site.
thats why i still cant login my char..
Could it be possible if the server restart then my STILL login char will automatically logout then i can login my main account again??
