[PROBLEM] Does Lupukin NPC [Shulack elder BT] spawn in this server?

    To Dev/Carl and other pro AION gamez:

    Just wanna know, i've been searching in all BT looking for this NPC and i didnt found him. I wanna buy the "Blessed Aurnium Ingot" from him to make my SIEL dominat sword. And also does he spawn in specific time? or do i need to do some quest?

    Most likely not in the server since this is gamez..meaning certain npcs are there regardless if you meant the requirements or not. For example, this NPC is suppose to spawn after you kill the shugo boss in the instance.
