GamezAION Launcher wont start. Error when running it

    So, I have this problem. I go to run my launcher, NCSoft as well, and the outcome is the same. I get this error: "NCSoft Launcher has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Anyone know how to fix this or any solutions on what I should do? I am running windows xp and meet all the game requirements hands down. So why am I still receiving this issue? Please help, Thank you.

    The NCSoft Launcher is written in C#, hence you need to have .NET Framework installed, that's the most common solution for that kind of a crash.
