    I currently have
    AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+ 2.70GHz
    2GB RAM
    and GeForce 9500 GT
Ever since the 2.5 update my computer randomly shuts down while I play Aion weither Im on PVP or just idle at an uncrowded area the max time I can play is less than 35min
I'm not familiar with computer specs so I need some help if my problem is due to it or some other sort

I would highly recommend you get at least 4GM RAM before anything else. Your graphics card is stable for the game

Could be an overheating issue, since 2.5 uses more resources, or drivers, or a heckload of other stuff.

Start with Updating your GPU Driver
Make sure your windows is updated (Windows automatic updates)
in Aion, Graphics Options => use the 'Fixed FPS' option.
Check for those two centimeter thick layers of dust some people have on their Heatsinks and other parts, dust it off...

If it still keeps occurring after ALL of that, tell us.

Make sure your computer temps are ok, clean the dust out of your comp(if theres any), make sure your software is updated.

yes sounds to me like an overheating issue, check all fans especially on your cpu, best to get can of compressed air which you can get from ebay for cleaning the vents on cpu cooler. If your using stock cpu cooler just get a better 1 again ebay ftw, you will save a fortune. 2Gb ram will run 2.5 but at max so again good airflow is a must. As mentioned also check your drivers to although im sure its not the problem it will help with smoother running.check directX is also upto date.

Yes and as above it could also be your psu, on ebay there is a tester that will cost around 2pounds inc delivery, that tests all rails on your psu, if one rail is down it will affect the running of your system so you know its time to replace.

Try running a virus scan .I suggest you to use Kaspersky + Malwarebytes. It happened to me too in the past and I had some pesky viruses. ^_^
Anyway, overheating might be the real problem.

A less-then-helpful comment isn't...helpful, Help us help you.
What have you tried, what has changed, what happens, what doesn't happen, etc etc.

In theory, it could caused by every electronic part in your computer, PSU, RAM, GPU, CPU, HDD, MB.

Does it only happen with Aion?, does it only happen with Gamez?, does it happen with other games, or randomly?, has it happen before?...

well basically if it overheats, it might shutdown immediately or hanged.
i'm using 2GB RAM but since i got 3 fans and my case is simcool, i never had temperature issues. (aion consume quite a lot RAM, also your graphic card will be working extra hard -- overheating can cause your graphic card "melted", which is bad)
dust it regularly to prevent the dust slipped in your fan and makes it stuck.

i had a friend also who had temp issues (when everytime he plays aion, his pc temp raises to 60C) x.x

about PSU, it supplies your graphic card with power. so if your graphic card is 9500GT (i had that before but revert back to 7300SE/7200GS because my PC won't boot idk why -.-) i recommend you to use PSU 400watt or more.

yup especailly if you dont have a high end system aion will chew up your resources, Good airflow is a must when running aion, on the plus side its not retail lol, you would def have issues on their due to amount of players in pvp.
