Help t__t

Hey guys, I have a really BIG annoying problem . I can't delete my characters...
The ones I'm playing with are deleteble but those which I don't need (3) are kinda...indeleteble!
When I type "Confirm Delete" it's not deleting ... normally there's a timer of 5m or so but in my case of especially those 3 characters there is none ... they're low LV and I played once with them...I wanna delete them to make new ones T__T pls someone heeeeeeeeeeelp T______T

PS: Is there an another way to delete characters? I mean not in-game...

 

If your characters are in a guild or a guildmaster you cant delete them until you leave the guilld.

 

that happened with me too, you just have too keep trying at random times and it`ll work
