SERIOUS Problem....

I purchased both the Archon Brigade General's Spear and Mastarius' Spear using the credits I received from donating, only to find out that you cannot remodel the Archon Spear. If that is the case, why isn't it stated on the item info/description that the weapon cannot be remodeled?? 2k credits could've gotten me enchantment stones I could either sell in the market or use on my other toons to help have them better geared, 2 level 55 earrings/rings/necklaces or one of 6 pieces of level 55 armor I could use right now. I spent 20m on a different spear thinking the Mastarius' Spear couldn't be used because it had some messed up double meaning in its description that CLEARLY states, "Cannot be remodeled". This matter is something I would like to have resolved at the earliest convenience by any GM, Head GM, Co-Admin, Admin or C.E.O. who can assist me. This matter is a huge inconvenience and I would appreciate if I could receive compensation for this lack of information that we the players need to have at our sources so no other players have to go through this situation.

 

Do you have the item.pak that allows for remodeling in 1.9?

 

those items can not be remodelled. You donated though, and since our admins are so nice, you can ask them, but I think we both know what their answer is going to be.

 

Yes, and I also can't remodel my 55 pvp armor

 

55 abyss item's cannot be re-modeled.
and if you have the items.pak no matter what kind of item,
it wont say Cannot Be Remodelled.

Many people ask me for refunding or exchanging donator gear. Sadly, you donated for it. This was not a purchase or sale. You made a one time donation and I was not even obliged to give you anything back. So no.

Even with the items pak I could see that Mastarius' Spear couldn't be remodeled. I looked at the database they have linked to the donating page and aiondatabase.com, neither had anything in the item description that the item can't be remodeled. This goes a little beyond what the staff here can control I know, but even with that, that's $20 I could've used on something else for my character, you know?

That is where you're wrong. Mastarius' Spear still says Cannot be Remodeled....if you like I could take a screenshot.

 

Thats cuz the 55 pvp spear is SUPPOSED to be able to be remodelled. and I am confused on what you were planning on doing. Why buy 2 spears again?

 

No.....I don't like the look of Archon's Spear, which is the one I want to have stats of because it's a pvp spear, it looks too plain for a lvl 55 weapon, doesn't even have a glow effect....Tahabatas Spear has a glow effect and you could get those things all day if you wanted to....I like my gear to have good stats and good looks.

 

Well, it does glow. Hence why it can't be remodelled. currently any eternal items can not be remodelled.

 

lol ok, I bought Archon and Mastarius' Spears because I wanted to remodel my Archon to have Mastarius' look to it.(expensive remodel but hey, I like the look of Mastarius' WAY more than Archons)

 

so use it until our "dev" finally fixes it since its disabled server side for eternal items to be remodelled.

Dude I don't even know if you realize you're not making any sense, so I'll just tell you....you're not making any sense....I want to remodel my PVP spear.....so it looks like my MASTARIUS' spear....I'm not wanting to give either back and get a refund, I want compensation....either that or they hurry up and make it to where we can remodel Archon Brigade gears...

 

its server side. No item pak in the world lets this work. eternal items simply will not remodel.

 

Then they need to update every single database so that people know these items cannot be remodeled.

 

The items are linked through aiondatabase. They CAN be remodelled but they won't here. Maybe a bit of research would have lead you to this assumption. either way,, you made a mistake since the 50 pvp spear is the one you should of have bought.
