Can't create any character/.

I just registered then i chose a server (siel)
created my character then typed an available name
the when i press create nothing happens.

is this a bug?

i tried this numerous times and still i cant play.
any solutions?????????????

 

u had a message "u cannot create anymore character on thin server" or just nothing happend?

 

Did you try restarting ur client?
And if you did , do you get some message saying you can't create a character or you just can't press the create button? The reason could be the name..

 

i had same problem yesterday but after 1-2h it just let me create a character

Oh so the problem got solved?
I think he still has it x_x though he isn't replying , which could possibly mean it got solved lol. He must've restarted his client *_*

Well.. since you got 0 Characters , why don't you try to create another Account if your current is bugged as you say? :S
I know this isn't the right solution.. but i really don't know did u try to repair ur client with the NCSoft launcher? it might be some bin32 problem (usually , all the related to character creation problems are because of it , except for some texture bug ones)
If you decide to repair , make sure your file->settings->advanced->region is set to North America.

ontopic LOOL: I got that too when i made my 'alt' account .
I restarted it a few times until i was able to create a character.
