Graphics Engine Settings prob

Okay so I installed this game to an iCafe and I mentioned this before in some other posts concerning inviting more players by me. This shop has a computer technician that seems to have installed and did a lot of things to protect the computer from being tampered with, u cant access gpedit.msc, it has deepfreeze software(i kno the psw and a time code log-in system(I also kno the psw but theres a problem, even if I take out the deepfreeze and CHANGE settings to HIGH QUALITY then RESTART client, IT still wont change and is always DEFAULT. Any help on this please? and IDK if its related but when I delete something on the aion folder it always notify me that its a READ-ONLY file particularly the time when I deleted items.pak to make the .xml work from uthi's guide. Items.pak working, gamez and crystal launchers working, the only prob is this. I cant copy it to an external drive then save it to the other deepfreezed computers and still have this problem>_<

edit:Can it be a directx issue? How can I see the version of it? oh there i remember, run dxdiag.

It says here DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c(4.09.0000.0904)

I think its not with the computers, coz all the computers on the iCafe have 1gb VGA

 

I found two solutions, I dont want to try this one POST#12:AiON still not save settings... - AionSource.com - Powered by the Tower of Eternityts making me change a system file in aion folder.

It didnt work, I will try the first one now.. must find a way to make a backup file of it.

did u happen to download a file here in this forum: System.cfg

??

If u did, delete and download original
That file blocks many things, so do not download
But if you have not downloaded do not know what can be :3

ps. I play with everything in full, and I thought the graph has not changed anything, just have more contrast and more water effect
