trust me i know how it is , got hacked in a game before and its just crappy. i was just telling the rules that roll here

Well this happend to a friend of mine, Bustercherrytenx, You know maybe carl should implement what retail has, is the passcode that you enter. The pass code is after you enter ur ID PW and b4 you log on you character.

Well Adding that 6 digit number code before you enter the game is an awesome way to stop hackers. You cannot type the numbers, they have to be put in by your mouse. Also on another note, No offense to the rules and all that, but to say your account is your responsibility is to a point down right bs. Giving this persons situation, were not only does he lose his items and now either spends money to buy gear or works to get his stuff back. He also lost real money since the so call "hacker" donated to this website through his account. Just going to throw this out there, being ive ran and also have been an admin for other servers. They have access to your account info, "logs, etc" Not only can they sell your shit, but also do this right here to up their profits and then claim it on a hacker, and say it was your fault per giving your password out or going to a website. (breaking a rule going to a website and buying stuff but then not banned for it) lol.

On the last note, i wish you the best of luck. I've been in your shoes. It sucks.

Im not saying that i believe what the author says about not sharing account info,going to a fake website and all. But i have to say,too many people are getting hacked,people who play at home,people who claim that they didnt share account information and they didnt log on in a fake website,what could be the problem? In another game not so long ago i remember staff members hacking people's accounts..Just saying.

 

this forum been hacked 1 week ago or so ... about these stuff, you never know when you will log in and u will see an items at all.

Thats where i agree 100%, hence on this server, Players are "WTT" VIP membership or give "real" money to the server for a wep to trade that person. or sell to that person.

 

why carl wont help? he can check the logs ingame and Donations! match the IP! and he can track the guy who stole me! and replace my old items! not talking about new ones or credts! all i want is my stuff back! and enjoy aion!

They'll most likely say something like that.

 

Your missing the point, donations is a way to help pay them, and give them money to keep the server running (so is what is said). Honestly, i hope you get your gear back, but the point is that i was stating that it could be an admin doing it and you will simply get well i cant do anything about your items or your money. Thanks for your money, maybe if your safer with your acc....blah blahh lol
