    I'm just sayin' that's probably what they're gonna tell you.
    My entire ABG set got lost due to my account being banned by a staff I'm not going to mention, shortly before they rage quit the server.
    My account wasn't unbanned until AFTER Carl did the DB cleaning and deleted all the inactive accounts.
    I also pm'd Carl about said account being banned for nothing.
    So yeah, I know how you feel bruh.

    I am a big donor in another game,the admin replaced every crap i have ever lost,cause he knows that if he wont,he wont be getting anymore donations from me,lets hope same goes for carl and u ll get your crap back.

    Our policy has always been that users are responsible for their own account security.

    If a user is unable to keep their own login details secret and their environment secure from malicious outsiders that is something they have to deal with themselves, refunding those items is simply not a feasible system and would be extremely open to exploitation and abuse.

    We do sympathise with your situation however it is simply not possible for us to help someone that is unable to maintain their own security.

    For future reference we strongly advise never sharing your account details with anyone, avoid visiting sites that provide dubious content such as exploits/cheats/hacks (even if you don't download anything directly you can still be infected), use different passwords for all your accounts and have up-to-date security software on your machine.
