    im not sure about the real numerical value, but i found this in retail forum like 1yr ago? lol
    i may have to search in retail forum about it ><
    well i just wanted to say, '100mb = 100~150 dmg increase' is wrong calculation :3

    Well that is more than smart. With ur burst dmg and his cc u can easy kill small party. :D For those elys that use glacial i have no words. It is very usable in group pvp but me personaly prefer cc build, couse sorc as class has more than enough dmg.

    oh personally with both elyos and asmo builds for sorc's you need to have just about the cap amount of magical boost, then rest magic acc and some hp :) then you're sorted, this is how i was able to easily killed Izzz, sexyspells, raybunny etc :p

    anywai that calculation its for pve ....

    I wanted to say that boq will be a useless skill as casting speed will be caped at 0.4 lol
    It dosen't matter if its op or not ...( witch it is f.. op lol )

    PS - ye i'm ely sorc ...

    Once with cast speed cap = no more instant cast = LESS GL SHARD BUILD users lol - so i'm not stupid i just replied to your thread ROLF -
