Indeed, I've seen geared retail temps do up to 4.5k on players. If players here think 6k on an ABG geared player is legit....something is wrong with them.

To give them an idea of damage, assassins attack is bugged now. It's about 200 higher on mainhaind than normal...yet we hit the same on players as retail full eat ones do. Just to show you the 200 damage increase makes up for the +15 and the eat/abg sets.

Temps attack is not broken...yet they do up to 2k more damage than retail temps in eat/abg with that 1 skill.

Yes, clearly we are all pulling these out of lies. Watch that video from Retail Kor and you'll realize that doing damage of that scale is not false.

It's legitimate as I have said from my own experience playing Retail Aion in NA. So the damage you are seeing is not wrong but correct.

 

5k on a mob? I've done 6.5k on mobs but I could never do 6k on a player. There is a big difference in PVP and PVE.

 

It isn't a myth here. Vipu is a very established Temp player on retail and even he's been able to dish out 5k+ damage on the most geared opponents.

Want my own experience again? In Retail, my Best Great Sword combination is Trioran+Taha and even with that which is a non-PvP combo I've been able to deal 3.5k-4k+ damage on PvP geared plate opponents, the damage will/can actually be even greater against cloth users mind you. Yet this was Pre-2.5, and my assumption is that with the marking of Eternal Weapons the damage will only become greater.

In a game like Gamez Aion where everyone can get their hands on ABG equips the damage will only scale greater so what you are seeing is not legitimate.

Would you believe Sorcs do all of the stupid damage that you see in Gamez on retail? No. Because things like having full access to elite end PvP equips changes that concept so damage scaling in many areas will be greater on here then they'll be on retail. Hence why the Gamez SM murders the Retail SM because of this accessibility.

Break Power in retail is very close to what you would see here in Gamez.
