Donate bug with credits and itens! Can some ADM help me?

    Please, some adm can help me? I donate 5 times of 2,500 credits, and just have 10,000 credits :S, to get worse i tryed to buy my ABG set and have bugs, i buy all the set and when i see in my inventorie i have a diferente Plate pants, was not abg, have two shoulderplates ABG, one boots and one gloves, please man, someone can fix that? i want to have my right itens :( . And i want to donate once more to complete 15k credits to buy my ABG spear and buy Premium acc!! please help me !

    Step 2 is you want to log on game and screenshot all the items.

    I buy the itens in the site store, in the donate store! :T i dont know what happens!

    And i donate five times of 2,500 credits, and i only have 10,000 credits, have lost 2.500 credits in this bug i dont know what to do :S

    lol i gave up on donating a long time ago here its pretty much a scam. I donated 100$ over a year ago made multiple threads and tried to contact carl with no success. but gl to you i hope some1 can help you

    your history shows that you bought the wrong items.
    instead of buying abg greaves, you bought mastarius. And also, you accidently purchased 2 shoulderplates.

    But i buy the right itens, why i will buy 2 same itens oO, im not crazy! Im lvl 22, and i buyed the abg set, its not my fault! Im shure that i buy right!! And untouched, i check the survey, dont have anything with my donate itens :D, please guys , help me, i dont equip any of these itens, i cant equip, i dont buy 2 same itens, i buy the right itens and apears 2 same itens and a wrong pants :S

    Yes voter, i dont have problems with the survey, i open the survey just now and get the helpfull itens. I have problems in my donate!!! I donate 125U$ and just have 10.000 credits, need to get more 2.500 credits to complete the donation. And i buy the itens and came the wrong itens :S Please guys, Im not trying to steal or something like that, i just want the right itens of ABG set, and my 2,500 lost credits, just this, just a simple thing :S, i will donate once more to get the ABG spear and put Premium Acc, i just want to play with my itens that i buy to help the server and myself
