    Fabled are the items with the Yellow Name :p
    Heroic = Blue name and Eternal = Orange name
    So if i understood right , in order to dye it , according to what the others said , you need to have a Noble Dark Dragon King's Armor set because the Dark Dragon King's is Blue (Heroic).
    However , i'd suggest you don't craft anything yet since there's some crafting bug which makes your materials disappear without crafting anything. It says it crafts , when crafting succeeds , you get nothing. Just like when it fails :|
