OK, here its deal i already made a post about this issue, and i demand to speak with an headgm, super moderator or a admintrator or someone who can check this out, the problem like the first post i made says, my items never showed up in my char inventory, items that i bought with credits, if u want screenshots of my buying history, sorry i cant upload them due to some errors i get, ill be on forum for while till this problem is fixed, i'd love to be reply soon enough by a moderator or someone that can check my history himself, so he can add my items to that specific char. hoping for an answer really soon.

 

Did you bother checking what's inside the survey window?

 

all items come through a survey which is located next to your skill bars on the right
however if you want to contact a head gm/sam the best to do is to private message them or carl at [email protected]

 

that was the first thing i checked and no survey icon appeared

 

Log on the game and take a screenshot now if you don't mind.

 

Well, a SeniorAM can refund your Items. Contact either '-TrustSony-', Zodake or Uthi (don't forget to give them SS of your history).

 

No one on staff can help you unless you have Screenshots, its like going to claim you won the lottery without showing the ticket. It's something you need to show so you have proof you bought the item, and it's not there.

 

Yes, anyone on staff can not help without a SS. They don't go by word of mouth.

as u can see i didnt get even 1 of those 4 items i bought to that char, any chance that i can get them anytime soon, i feel like i wasted money for nothing =_=.
