Missing Pirate of the Carobian Title

    Hey Guys,
    Just got a problem with my Pirate of the Carobian Title. I did the quest before the server went to 1.9, but my title isn't showing now. Then I went to go back to see if I could do it again. I couldn't.

    Anyone know why this is happening, and how I can get title, because I really don't want to buy the title since I'm saving up for the 55 gear.
