my ping keeps jumping so randomly QQ

Can't play with this insane ping ;;
normal ping is around 250~450
my raiding is just normal. not so good, not so bad as well

but sometime when i see some asmos.. my ping jumps randomly like that
it is so random. like 20min~1hr play -> ping jumps. then i need to restart client -> problem fixed -> i go back to play -> ping jumps again

some ranger stun me. i press remove shock. wait 10 sec. remove shock works. i die(get every dmg in 1 sec)
now when i feel this lag, i just type /ping standing in the middle of asmos and just wait the Network status message appears;;;;;

idk how to fix this >.< i just did format my hard disks and reinstalled win XP yesterday(not vista, or win7><)
i only have leatrix latency fix & battleping & Aion & msn & gamebooster installed in my computer,
help me D=

also press Shift+F12 , reduces the lag ^^

 

i guess the Leatrix makes some error in my net@.@ idk Q_Q
now i die without any actions >.<

Uninstall the battleping.. I think leatrix and bp dont go well together.
