New GM choice

with the new changes implemented by server would be nice .. as there are many players with conflict, would be good to include new "GM."
with prizes and help new players to follow the rules ..

long needed change for GM, no events are not aware of the problems, not solve, tell me the GR and a half months ago that do not finally

 

a good idea, but its not just new players that seem to need help with rules. More gms def needed and not ones that work for only one race ^^. Lets hope carl likes the idea.

 

AFAIK, AMs have no salary, only rewards. I think it is good to have, and im not saying the current AMs are'nt coz everyone has things to do IRL, more dedicated and addicted - AMs. It's just that the ratio for AM and players ain't balanced.

 

Totally agree, but regardless, when you agree to be gm/am you do it for the good of the server also. We all have rl issues to deal with and staff are no different, thats why more staff are needed. With a server of this population there should never really be a time when there is no member of staff ol. The wonders of the net, lots of ppl from different time zones and then also ppl with no body clock lolz.

Well we do need more AM's..

 

More GMs mean more stability and assistance to the players which is nice but it's a voluntary position with some responsibilities to follow. AM/GMs are chosen every once in a while whenever Carl believes (at least that's what I believe) it's necessary for more support to the server.

We recently just had an AM promotion on Lumiel and I'm sure that eventually more will join. If Gamez grows more in population, you can count that more staff members will join us to aid us in-game and on the forums.

What you're suggesting is a good suggestion and I'm sure it will be taken into account but remember that the process to hire more staff is already in place.

We've been working to solve those problems but many of them aren't easy. A new GM its Carl's decision. We can't make events because we don't have prizes.
