I cant Find NPC Corybantes, is he bugged?

 

i cant find cory either... hes not there. i wanna finish the quest badly. are there no ingame GMs or are only devs allowed to place npcs?!

 

Tested this quest and its working just fine.

Corybantes is there in the correct location.
