    aegis think it is fix but how retail is, old ways if your magic resist is 100 more than the attackers macc you resist everything now, it just 10 percent now. Also u know sorc popping that suppliment like there is no tommorow, and most are default to 1400 macc so they will hit u bud.

    yeah its broken.. its suppose to be 100 mr = 10% resist and not like its here : same mac / mr = 50% resist already.. it was fine b4 but it wasent resisting silence arrow so ppl complained and carl broke it lolz
