Bump this tread.

 

It's useful to use sword and shield to BP sometimes because you may not have enough time (Remove shock or some gay shet happens). I would rather do a lower damage with a sword than no damage at all. I know for a fact that I BP with my mace sometimes because I am fkin lazy and my keyboard suck.

yeah they are messed dmg of skill hilarius.. critting skill makes lower dmg than description says.. xD

 

a lot of the skills doesn't cancel anything like they're suppose to. Hence why PvP is unbalanced. It's all about who can deal the most dmg and facerolling your keyboard on gamez.

 

That will be sorcs or glads since they have a lot of skills to use.

 

Hmmmm... my Templar actually felt a bit OP today xD. Killed 2 Glads at once, then after 3 seconds Sin came, then Chanter. D: I didn't check the damage, but BP does decent damage as well as some other skills.

 

BP isn't underpowered whatsoever. It was slightly fixed, my temp friend still hits 6k crit with BP on me, where I'm full chain ABG.

It was fixed, there's nothing wrong with it now, but with Provoking Shield Counter.

 

My ping sucks too much to even think about switching to GS after KD'ing with shield... Can do it maybe 1 out of 10 times.. and even then it's purely an accident

 

why should we be forced to use GS just to deal decent dmg? as far as i know templar can chose between 3 types of weaps and not stick with only 1 just to deal more dmg. its kinda stupid just thinking about it.

Templar damage on this server is very nerfed compared to retail. Always has been. I think break power is around where it needs to be to be correct. However, all the other skills are just nerfed all to hell. This link is a video of a templar on retail with a +10 abg greatsword fighting a gladiator wearing +10 Elite Archon Centurion pvp armor.

This is what a fully buffed templar with the RnG gods shining upon him should be able to do.
