    How to get a stigma skils? i go to stigma master and she give me some quest i cant put a any stigma and a quest is so hard or i dont know how to finish him.

    no more free stigma skills in lumiel, you have to finish the quest for enabling the stigma slots, like it was before. unless you're from siel and rolled to lumiel after 2.5 update.

    for a level 55? come on... if you are a level 25 toon, you can just level up now and do it later.
