    i think hes saying that asmo sorcs get the same cast speed as elyos sorcs now but ely sorcs have a +500 MB buff that asmo sorcs dont have. The reason there was a cast speed cap put in on retail is everyone in retail doesnt have ABG with + cast speed tome + cast speed gloves + cast speed scrolls, which makes BoQ have a purpose in retail where here on this server it has no purpose. So there is no reason to make asmo sorcs, you should just make ely sorcs because theyre better.
