Hello everyone'
Just felt like writing this....I have been on server dev teams and a gm on several servers.. At time it can be a headache...So i thought i'd explain how to help the Gm's out a bit better...

Hackers: You think someone is hacking? Well use a game recording program such as Fraps... Record enough to prove the player is hacking.
Upload it to youtube....report them in forums...
This will make a gm's job much easier.

Radar hackers:
This is a hack that will allow any player to see stealth players.

how to identify it:
The easiest way is watch who targets you while in stealh
Lets say a cleric targets you while in stealth...good chances he is useing a radar hack...

why bother making this thread? it has been done again and again, everyone knows to gather proof with fraps or some sort of recording prog to report to the gms if they think someone is hacking,

but your stealth hack you meantioned, is a lil flawed, cause there are candies, and some spells that can allow ppl to see ppl in stealth and advanced stealth for a brief period of time

so its good you re-posted this, but next time, use the search button, youll find out if posts like this have already been done

 

i Am aware of that, been playing aion since kor beta.

this was mainly for new players...

 

Yeah, I've never seen anyone use this "radar" hack. But it's quite easy to know when people are hiding with the enemy radar with the chat.
