    Help me please, i always having an error in downloading NCSoft launcher..

    have u tried to reset ur router ?
    i think some ports might be blocked and u have to contact ur i-net provider about it


    Edit : i searched a bit and seems some players that had the same issue solved it by installing DirectX 11 , think u can try that aswell
