    Who should I contact to try and get some stuff back? I donated $300+ and due to the military, I was unable to play for an extended period of time. Thank you.

    Well dude just like Deadlychants said, I assume nobody can help you but Carl, so try contacting him even though it's prolly hard. Or maybe try contacting Head GMs since they can privately contact Carl on your behalf.
