Problem with my account

    Dear GM/ADM

    I have a problem with my account. I updated the Aion until the version 2.5, how says the information from the server.
    When I logged in, my characters didn't appeared, was written "15 - null" in my archer and "23593 Warrior" in my gladiator. They don't appeared on the screen. So, i tried to log in with the gladiator. Appeared a kind of black doll in his place. The doll didn't move. Awaiting your reply.

    Try repairing your Aion and post here again if it doesn't work.

    Okay So here its what u do to repair your client u got to Ncsoft launcher go to aion right click it and were u see repair click it let me show u a screenshot

    You're client is probably higher than 2.5.0.3?

    And NO, repairing is NOT the answer. Why do people always say that to everyone that has a problem with their client, seriously. It's not like you people are helping.

    Well, what should I do? Repair?
    The update are going to "2.5.0.0 to 2.5.0.5", stopped in 35%. So I stopped the update. I don't know how to say in which version I am.
