Is Crit Cap 540 or 440

    soft 440
    but if you're attacking someone with full +15 gear, 560 crit is what you need

    Doesnt matter either way. RNG is bugged to hell. with 440 your getting around 20% chance on this rng. With 560, your getting 17%. As you can see, both aspects suck right now.

    It works, but at a very minimal effect. Its the RnG's fault. IMO, this should be a priority, and form what I hear, its not a very complicated fix.
