Lost money from sold items in broker.

I was in Gelkmaros this morning. Then a message came up under my radar saying i got thing to settle at the trade broker. It said please collect 3.999.999.999. I died, when i got back at heiron i could not move so i relogged. Now the message is gone and the stuff i was selling also but the sold items tab shows: No sold items found. I aint got screen shots for it, but even if i did it could be that i was scamming by picking up the money and report this, so doesnt matter what i do. If it is possible you could check my account cause i got 2 bil kinah right so thats not even the amount that i could have collected. What can there be done about this?

Edit: btw my ign = Quickdeath(Ranger). I just noticed the name of my forum account is the name of my Cleric.

 

I think kinah is capped at 2 bil per character. And I got the same message the other day I checked all my characters and no one had the money Q.Q

 

Thnx for your reply, but i know it's not capped cause i had 8 bil kinah on my ranger a few weeks ago. So that's not the issue. It just dissapeared from my sold items and i did'nt collect anything.

I got 2 screenshots now with the same issue but now on my Sin char(Shintico) It says i have to collect 999.999.999 at the broker. When i go there, there is nothing to collect. You can see by the amount of money in my stash that i didnt collect it and the message is still seen below my radar. Hope this helps.

Since when did this thread became a "I got 10b kinah" Thread? Can a AM/GM please react to this, this is a serious issue guys.
