    try just relog, sometimes happens this for me when i get crashed/Dc but when i relog this come back as normal.

    It happens sometimes when the server crashes and comes up again... i dont think the GMs can do anythign besides just restartin the server. That usualy fixes it. So ithink you might have to waait for the next restart
