Asking for advice

Hi

I came back after a long break(1-1,5 year), and I noticed that my latency is far worse than anything I experienced before(it's not that bad, but it's over 200 most of the time). Now I do remember that I had no problems regarding my ping with this server in the past,but this current situation makes classes like sins and rangers pretty hard to play. So is there any useful advice or is it a server "problem"(I must add that I live in Europe, but as I mentioned in the past I had no issues on Gamezaion).

Now some technical stuff:
Haven't changed ISP, and the ping on other servers are good(even on USA ones significantly lower)
My PC can run Aion on max specs without difficulty, so it won't be an fps problem
I'm running Win7 Home Premium, which is fully up to date
After I discovered the issue, I made the general tweaks: Leatrix, Disabling IPv6, updating drivers, etv.
Battleping didn't seem to improve it, and there arelogin issues with smoothping so I couldn't try that yet

If there's any advice or information that you could share with me I would be really grateful

 

Leatrix Latency Fix + Battle ping. I play on a 45-75ms depends on ISP.

 

D'awe, over 200 ping.

Poor baby.

 

All I use is Leatrix with a 18-25mbps connection and I'm always between 70 and 100. Sometimes lower.
