Where to trade Ancient Crowns ?

    Well, I got some ancient crowns from lvl 55 surveys. I try to find Juergen but I just can't seem to see him there and pathfinding doesn't work either. So, where is the NPC (if there is one) where I can trade those Crowns for APs ?
