Question for a GM

Last week I was trying to transfer a ABG bow from my old ranger to another char because I was going to delete him, I did this by using the account warehouse, I notice that when i place it into the warehouse it turn dark and faded out, now I can seem to find it anywhere, is it at all possible for a GM to check my logs to find out what happen to it?

I'm not a VIP nor have I been a VIP nice like January or something like that and I have a pic of it but it just so happen that it is on my home PC, unable to get to untill next weekend.
so can my account be scan my a Gm or my logs or something like that i really need that item back.
also if anyone else have any idea's?

 

you already took a look in your inventory? or if it is equiped? because it should be there. If not post a screenshot of your char (showing the bow faded out)

yes I check all chars also. and I don't have any pics with the bow has it was faded out, but i do have pic of it before hat day.
