    What is the new block cap =/? The chance of blocking have decreased drastically.

    so u're saying evasion, parry, block & accuracy have caps aswell? ..its either that or your opponents that u encountered stacks/have a high accu~

    Iam a Templar and Glads' skills are too effective on me , iam using a shield and a warhammer though , this is like 3\10 Block. >.>

    50% chance to block max.. but.. block only reduce 20% dmg while it should reduce 70%

    Black cap is 50% chance of blocking while parry is 40%.. And block doesnt work as far as i know.

    So block, concentration and gladiators stumble rate need to get fixed...

    It sounds like this patch was for the best for gladiators >.>

    70% max on +15 eternal shield that is :p.

    But nonetheless, I loled when evilset said dmg reduction from block isn't based off of the %. This is so not true and I know because I've been playing templar on retail for 2 years.

    And yeap, cap for block RATE is at 50%.
