Alternative downloads ?

Hey folks, I haven't been here in a while, and I see that the GameZ Aion is doing really well with community and such. Hopefully, I can ask a question here, since it some what is pertaining to GamezAion.

Anyways, I was wondering if there was another type of download for the Aion Client other than NCSoft, thier DL servers are crap and making my download up into the 200+ on hours of wait time, And it seems accurate as I'm generally getting between 250-1600kbs a second, but mostly on the lower side 200-300. I don't remember where I originally downloaded my Aion client that led me here. But these low speeds are.. ridiculous because I know my internet is faster than this. Any help would be appreciated <3

i don't have a problem with ncsoft downloader, and i suggest you use it. most of the people who tried using the torrent downloads end up having a lot of problems in game.

side note. w.b. i see a lot of old players getting back into the server.

 

I agree - I've noticed too that people who try using the torrents end up having problems. I suggest just using the NCSoft launcher - it'll more than likely save you headaches in the future anyways. Welcome back as well.

 

Lol okay JJ I'm glad to be coming back and seeing such a huge growth spurt, if the NC downloader is my only option, guess Ill see you all in 10 days or so at this point there's still 159 hours to go, so maybe sooner. I hated having to leave so quickly and not being able to come back for a while. New operating systems are a pain in the [insert various curses here] I think, i may have torrented the file my first time, but can't find it again anywhere on torrent sites. Oh well, so if I read right, GameZ supports 2.5 yeah ? If that's so, I can't wait to get in and see all the good changes gladiators ftw
