I would like some help please...

I log into my account on the website, and i can see all of my gear in my inventory, can provide screenshots if you want. I try to log in - in game and it says my cleric is a lvl 19990 gladiator. My rangers name is Null, and my assassin is like no level or name. I had full +15 anuhart, tahabatas mace,shield. Abg accessories, abg, like 60 l90 stones, bunch of gear. I was wondering if this was an account issue cause i was banned for some reason and got unbanned? Maybe its just a little issue that can be fixed quickly? I dont wanna bother the GM's too much but i have had help from one who thought he fixed the issue but he did not fix it. Anybody have any ideas? Maybe ashtar could help me again =p . Thanks in advance for the help or anything.
