hmm look in ingsson have this itens:

Guardian Brigade General's Tunic
Guardian Brigade General's Leggings
Guardian Brigade General's Pauldrons
Guardian Brigade General's Shoes

My doubt is: can i buy this itens or not ?

if not i have one opnion, that if get VIP the player can buy if have offcourse AP and platinum medals.

those items will most likely never going to be added ingame
as ABG is the biggest reason as to why people donate
if it was added in game a huge amount of donations would drop
and to people who spent months voting for it,donating would be unfair to

 

I understand their side so I asked if would be the plyer with VIP and AP patinum medalsand buy the items that's a suggestion. So you do not would lose.

 

From what I can tell from other people that have asked this, and S~AMs that have replied, the 'items' you see in the shop, are client sided, although server side it isn't added, hence, you can't buy it, but you lose your AP and medals Don't try it

i tried this once, when recieved the message: "Some items cannot be bought from this NPC" and that's all, hope it helps.
