Manastone changed on item and can't remove

Hi I bought an anuhart glove on broker yesterday and socketed it with +17 crit stones and it worked fine but when I came back to play today all the stones were replaced by accuracy +25 stones and i tried talking to the manastone remover to delete them but it won't let me and gets stuck.

Is it possible for a GM to pm me and delete my item and give me a new one? (fresh one, no need to refund manastones) as I fear it is bugged

It sounds like your items.pak was tempered with. try reinstalling the items.pak. download Uthi's pak and replace yours (always make a backup of the one you have right now)
