someone hacking my account

help me GM...my char in account "ngondek007" has deleted by someone...

happened at 12 o'clock pass..at 13 - 07 - 2011...pliss return my account GM...

First off last I checked accounts could not be deleted, characters on the other hand can.

Unfortunately our policy is that users are responsible for the security of their own accounts, if you are unable to keep your own account safe there is little we can do for you.

Common reasons for having your account compromised are: Account sharing, downloading dubious tools (such as hacks and game modifiers), poor or no security software, or viewing websites with dubious content (Often you don't even have to download anything directly to be infected)

Unfortunately the responsibility for account security falls squarely in the lap of the end-user and we cannot assist you.
