Map Question :D

Hey there! Well I've searched the forums in a hope that I'll find anwsers (yes I've used the search button) and I did! ! BUT it kinda made me sad AND confused

All of you have wondered how you can get to Gelkmaros & Inggison and why you can't. Well first of all, as far as I know you need to make a small quest first BUT this quest is not appearing ... at least for me OR I missed one and I don't know which. But that's not the point.
The point is that you CAN'T get to both locations YET right? So now is the part I were confused on: I've seen ppl running around with Equip from those locations...how? If it wouldbe some golden hi-LV equip for LV55 I'd understand but...those were normal drop equips for LV 52-53 (normal-green). Kinda confusing huh?
So all in one: Locations are not accesible but there are some users with drop equip from those Locations... HOW?

Hope someone can anwser and help my confused brain ! Thx in advance

Dragonbound's Leather Set for example or chain, cloth, plate. Dunno the names of the other ones (know only this one cuz I'm seaching for it )

 

well, no1 can get to gelk to my knowledge, unless boxx and zp have put the mobs in there isnt anything there even if u could get to it. How they got those armors, idk, maybe an event a GM held, or it could be from the drops of the acolyte protectors
