I can't essencetaping and aethertapping

Hi!!

Yesterday I did have a problem with the game. Appeared a send log error and then the game went down. When I relog to the game I couldn't gather. And this isn't all, my account is premium but when I login not appear the icon of premium account and in chat windows not appear the premium account message.
That's so strange because I have another characpter at the same account and all of these things don't happen.

What is the problem?? Someone can help me?

 

I had the same issue when i tried to essencetap azpha in Ishalgen, so i reported it to Hexy and he or she (i dont know) said me to try to essencetap Conide in Altgard. You can try to essencetap Conide in Altgard. Apparently it solved my problem.
