    you cannot acces this game thorough ip

    this most likely means you have been banned, if you have been doing anything illegal in the server well thats what happens, if not you can always post a ban appeal so the AMs check your account and if you really didnt do anything wrong you should be getting it back as soon as they unban you

    u have been banned it seems
    now u have to make a ban appeal and provide all of ur chars names , account and server u play on , and ofc wait for a SAM to reply to u :)

    so can i put this problem on ban appeal but for no spam ? and i think i do not make nothing ilegal on server i just play and hunt asmo

    yeah post it in ban appeals, and as daax said, post your account name, and your characters' names as well as in whic server you play and an AM will check it out as soon as they see it.
