[Bugs] Block still isn't working

    I was told that block was fixed...

    It definately isn't =s


    I have 2,715 block on my cleric right now and I don't block players much at all... I was fighting a ranger and maybe 1/10 attacks were blocked opposed to the 4/10 I'd expect it around.

    Block is caped at 2.5k and it doesn't work that much.

    Block shouldn't be capped like THAT o_O;


    It should be capped as in I can only reep the benifits of 500 more block than the opponents accuracy...

    Like 2200 accuacy should be blocked 50% of the time....

    But if I stacked block to 2,800 I would still only be capped at blocking 50% of the time.

    wth? Why would there be a cap on block? There is or should be a cap for block rate, which is 50% chance, but to set a cap on that? lol. No point in capping the block rate if they capped the max block you could have. All in all, this would make another function of the game totally useless.
