    To be honest , i do not know if Snails are a greek food or not , but i do know that it is the most disgusting thing we eat here xD and so are some other sea insects called "Sea Food" -_- like shrimps.
    I can eat shrimps when someone else clears them for me , i can't eat after i touch their legs.. :X
    We also eat intestines , expecially at easter.. *pukes*

    i like intestines (chicken and pork only) since its like tofu, its sips the flavor of the seasoning but it tastes much better

    i saw my uncle once, ate a live whole shrim, all wriggling and stuff..he said live shrimp juice tasted better than cooked ones...jeez..

    Everything in the shrimpexcept its head is fine by me.

    Then again, I hardly ever eat heads of any kind.
