Problem with connecting

    Hello everyone, i'm here cause i can't connect to the game...
    I've tryed to download the normal Launcher but it say a problem, so i downloaded the other launcher from FAQ, but it still didn't work. So i explain my problem: i can start Aion with the second launcher but when i put my passwords it doesn't log in, i can wait 1 hour but still blocked here... idk why!

    Thanks, I hope that someone can help me :D


    P.S. Sorry if it's bad section to post that, idk where... sorry MODs!

    did u install the launcher in Aion folder? And do u have directX 9 and .NET framework 4 ?

    delete both launchers and as daax said make sure you install in the right folder

    Yes, I did. I was playin another Aion Private Server and idk why is not running with this :(

    btw yes i put it in the right folder lol...

    in that case repair with ncsoft and reinstall the laucher in aion folder

    Still same problem.

    In log in page haven't you the Announcments from GamezAion? because i have still the announcments from normal Aion.
    I have this launcher Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server
    Because i can't install this Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server idk why that too
    I put the launcher in Aion folder (D:/Games/Aion) i have customized, not like normal (C:/Program Files/NCsoft/Aion/)

    more ideas? :(

    WE have the same problem here...

    error says something like System.COmponetMOdel.Win32Exception: THe system cannot find the file specified...... something...

    hope anybody here can help us

    Solved. Just had to download again Bin32/64 files.
    Just delete your bin32/64 files and then make repair with NCsoft :D :D :D
