I have made a donation 2 days ago and still have no credits. Can you help me?

Send an e-mail to [email protected] together with the receipt u got and ur account name.

 

i dont get a receipt for doneting in internet--- and i already send a e mail to that e-mail.....its frustrating it only shows amessage like these "transaction succesful,your credits will arrive shorttly"

 

yes u should get a receipt lols...what payment method did u use?

 

i used the american experess of my wife in super rewards and all was fine....also we receive a call of american express askin my wife if she aproved buying that in te internet and she aproveed.....

 

and u should be receiving an e-mail from super rewards , wit hthe confirmation
i also use my CC to donate and i ALWAYS get a receipt
other thing is that the bank didnt do the transfer yet...but i doubt it

 

oh ok i didnt know that so i copy the mail i receive in my wife s mail and copy on e mail to admin@blablabla??

well in that case could be that the transaction wasnt made yet. U can call the bank and ask for detailes
