Entangling Shot IV

I have used this many many times and LITERALY never has it slowed down the target Should i just use a lower level shot or what? because it used to work

 

not all the skills have 100% land rate u know,
mby sme fixes have been done

 

doesn't always work on mobs for some reason but it works fine in pvp.

 

I know not to expect 100% but i have yet to see IV work

 

pvp? well the slowdown effect doesn't work in air

 

ugh nevermind... Im shooting creatures on the ground and i used to use the lwer ranks to gain some distance

 

if it doesnt work in duels when u duel glads with strenghten wings its becouse it gives em a defence bonus reduce speed and imobilization...(btw for me it works normally :unsure)

 

Could just be bad luck, though things are sadly bugged and even if the actual spell hits, the debuff it gives will not always land. This itself is a major bug that's probably commonly known, as it's the reason SMs aren't uber.
